Absence / Make Up Policy If you are going to miss a lesson, please try to give someone in our office at least 24-hour notice. If you know in advance that you will be missing a specific lesson – please let your teacher know and a make-up lesson can be arranged at that time. Students are allowed two make-up lessons a year, and these must be done within 30 days of the original date of your missed lesson. If students give less than 24-hour notice, there will not be a make-up lesson allowed as the teacher has to be paid for being present at lessons that are canceled on short notice.
